As i already experienced so many 'fake orders'... from now onwards.. ur order will only considered as confirmed once u have deposited 50% of the total amount... and the balance of the amount need to be deposited within 1 week from the notification email date. After 1 week... the order is considered CANCELLED and the DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED...

I'm so sorry to impose this as i have so many so-called 'fake orders' and i should make this clear up front..
